Returns and exchanges

Returns can be made within 14 days of your order being delivered, provided the item is in perfect, resaleable condition and returned in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you must inform us by email within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will then provide the return address and instructions for making your return. Returns must be sent using recorded delivery with an appropriate level of insurance, as MurWalls Ltd accepts no responsibility for items that are damaged or go missing in transit during the return.

Upon receiving your return, we will offer you an exchange or a refund of your initial payment. Please note that postage costs are not refundable in this instance, and any replacement product will incur a postage charge. If your order is refunded, you can expect the funds to be returned to your original payment method within 14 working days of receipt.

Damaged or missing items

When you receive your order, please check it for damage or missing items as soon as possible. If something is wrong with your order, you must contact us at hello@murwalls.com within 3 days of receiving it. We will reply with details of how we will resolve the issue. Please keep the order and all packaging together in a safe place until you receive our reply and further instructions.
